9. In the Program Update menu, click Update and, in the confirmation popup, select Yes.

10. You will see a progress bar.

Once the DVR is updated, the DVR will reboot its self.

11. Always Reformat the hard drives after a firmware update.

Reformatting Hard Drives

1. Access the Configuration menu by right clicking the mouse anywhere on the screen.

2. Click Configuration.
